We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They even offered room service and laundry facilities. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the outdoor pool, it was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
We recommend this place to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing and the location to the beach is great, only a few minutes walk away. Our room was clean and the WiFi worked well. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice.
Nothing negative to say.

Interesting building, sea view from dining area.
Elevated position meant tough walk back from beach. Car required for that.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area, towels were always available, and rooms were cleaned daily with change of towels and bedding. Also, it is well located, just a few minutes walk from the beach and with a great view from the rooms.
The hotel needs modernization and refurbishment. Some rooms are old and in bad condition. There is no variety in the breakfast, and the pool area may be closed to hotel patrons if a function is booked. The noise level can be high during events, which makes it hard to have a good night's sleep.

nice location and decent breakfast
Despite arriving at 5pm we had to wait nearly an hour for our room to be ready. We had asked for a double and two single beds - for the children - and got a hideously unconfortable sofabed that could hardly fit two. The room was very cramped and sparse.

Liked this hotel very much! My husband and I were on holiday and went to the beaches most every day of our holiday in Italy this summer. We don't like crowded beaches or places and don't mind taking the car to find the "best beaches"! This hotel is not situated on the beach - you'll need your car! But only about 5 mins (Lido di Palmi)! Hotel also has a svimming pool which we didn't use. We were lucky to have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea! The breakfast was very nice to be Italy! Great service! The man serving us asked us if we wanted any ham/cheese etc as there was not any on the table. We then got our own big plate with lots of ham/cheese and bread! He didn't know what good he could do for us! Otherwise great service at hotel. The hotel has a big parking space free. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need a car. We tried the one that was close - easy to walk! Otherwise we tried a couple down in Lido di Palmi - very nice! If you don't mind using your car to visit the beach or restaurants, I'd certainly recommend this hotel.

We spent our Easter holidays at this hotel and enjoyed the lovely pool area. The towels provided were a plus, and the room was clean and cozy. The location was convenient with the beach nearby, and the view from our room was breathtaking.
The hotel was in desperate need of refurbishment. The decor was old, and the walls had peeling paint.

We were given a room with a balcony, two deck chairs and a spa. Absolutely felt like paradise watching the sunset from our private balcony everyday. The hotel also holds functions in a separate area.. So you will have to park your car early before it gets full at night. I was lucky enough to watch fireworks from a function one night... On my deck chair. :)
Just a minor on the breakfast. You have to ask for milk for your cereal... This happened twice for us. So service for breakfast in the morning is a little slow.

This hotel boasts an amazing location close to a clean water beach, allowing for breathtaking views down to the beach far below. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with some even featuring a spa. the breakfast was good and the service provided by some staff members, such as Paolo, was excellent. the pool area, though not always available due to functions, was nice and well-maintained.
Some of the staff members were rude and unfriendly, which made the stay less enjoyable.
